What do I do when I receive the return supplies?

For returning Copeland trackers:

Fill out the form at the top of this webpage.
Fill provided box with GO tracker devices, including the completed tracker return form inside.
- Note: Be sure to include a lithium-ion battery warning label if not using the boxes provided by Copeland.
Attach provided FedEx label to outside of box and ship via FedEx.

For returning Copeland loggers:

Fill out the form at the top of this webpage.
Fill provided box with GO logger devices, including the completed logger return form inside.
Attach provided FedEx label to outside of box and ship via FedEx.
